Im a 21 year old, that graduated from my Bachelor’s of exercise and sport science degree last year. I have had much experience through placements at RISE high performance, pivot sports performance and now am working for and out of Southeast fitness solutions. I also am currently a senior football player at east Burwood rams and have previously been through the elite football pathways of eastern rangers and Williamstown VFL club for preseason, as well as the pathway of junior basketball where I represented Nunawading spectres and Victoria through my junior career. Since then I have coached spectres and Vermont eagles u17.5a teams. Through all this playing, coaching and education experience I have built strong foundation of specific training methods to maximise youth and senior athletes athletic potential.
