- Diploma in Sport Development, Certificate III & IV in Fitness, Bachelor of Sport Coaching and a Master of Sport Business and Integrity.

- Owner of Cutting Edge Cricket. Runs yearly cricket tours to Hyderabad India

- From 2018/19 - 2020/21 Rachel was a senior assistant coach at Preston CC, and was the first female to coach in the VSDCA.

- Currently Director of Womens Cricket at Melbourne University CC. In the 2023/24 season took on the role as assistant batting coach at MUCC in the men's premier program.
