Behind JSCA is James Seymour, a Big Bash League and Sheffield Shield player who has represented the Melbourne Renegades and Victoria. His coaching journey began at just 16 years old in a backyard net in Bendigo, and over the years he has developed into one of the most respected private coaches in Melbourne.

Having learned from and played alongside some of the game’s greats, James brings first-hand professional insight, technical expertise, and a strong mentorship approach to every session. James understands that each player’s journey is different, and his philosophy is centred on tailoring coaching to the individual.

His goal is simple: "To help players unlock their full potential, gain confidence in their game, and ultimately become the best version of themselves, both on and off the field."
