I am a Cricket Australia Level 3 High Performance Coach and former Zimbabwe international cricketer, now based in Hobart, Tasmania. With over two decades of experience in the game, from competing at the highest levels to mentoring players of all ages, I have dedicated my career to helping cricketers unlock their full potential.

Through my coaching business, Inside Edge Cricket Mentoring, I work with athletes ranging from beginners to professionals, focusing on technical skill development, mindset, and physical preparation. I am especially passionate about fast-bowling development, but my programs also include batting, fielding, fitness, and game awareness.

My coaching philosophy is built on creating individualised pathways, whether through 1-on-1 sessions, small group academy training, or school holiday clinics that give players the tools and confidence to perform consistently.

Having been coached and mentored by some of the best in the game, and played at the international level, I bring unique insight into what it takes to succeed both on and off the field.

Ultimately, my goal is simple: to inspire, challenge, and guide every player I work with to become the best version of themselves and to enjoy the journey of chasing their cricketing dreams.
