Hey hello, I am Andrew (AOL, Andy etc…)

I help organisations get more people involved in their sports, more often (and for longer!).

I've been working with the leading change makers in sport, from athletics to AFL, cricket to tennis, football to rugby, swimming to sailing, cycling to gymnastics and (almost) everything in between.

From advising global brands like Nike, Red Bull and ESPN, to major events - World Cups and World Championships to Grand Slams and the Olympics, with leading teams, agencies and entrepreneurs, leading local government agencies, the top universities and many great people in between.

And we are sharing as much as we can, the ideas and resources to help you, with 3 published books, master classes, two podcasts 🎧, a few clubs 🙂🙂🙂, and lots of other things (like the SXD Card Deck 🎴 and Roblox game 💻).

♥️ But no matter what I’m working on, I’m all about providing experiences we can be proud of, together.

🙂 Advisor/Consultant/Facilitator & Trainer: I mainly work across Australia & NZ, supporting the leaders in our sports. Using my ‘Sport Experience Design’ approach I’ve worked with the big sports governing bodies, and the growing sports with smaller teams.

▶️ We often start with our infamous ‘Immersion’ workshops, we do the Masterclasses, Design Sprints or Discovery + Design workshops, to Strategic Planning - all to help design (or redesign) the experiences they are providing.

🤔 I’m the Founder of Experience Design Co. ++ The Event Club (‘like a book club but for event geeks’), +++ a Founding Member of the World Experience Organisation.

🙋 The bit 'About Me': I'm a proud dad, sports activist, and always curious. I’m an active guy, for all the good things that brings to me and the people around me. A big reader, a bit of a guitar player, and always a Kiwi (although it's been a while)🥝 .

I believe in helping people live better lives, and enjoying the journey on the way…
