Through continuous education, a variety of career experiences and 17 years at the elite level in sport, I have developed and contribute a unique and broad skill set that is valuable in a High-Performance environment. My career pathway has included roles as a Teacher, CEO, Coach and Manager. I have performed several ‘Head of’ and Leadership roles and have a passion for leading team environments and developing people. I am currently the Coaching Development and Leadership Manager at Manly Warringah Sea Eagles in the NRL My responsibilities include leading our Football Program Teaching and Education, Coach and Staff Development, Player Leadership and Culture and Training coordination.
