With a lifelong passion for sport and being active since a young age, I have moved from being an athlete into a coach for gymnastics, trampolining and diving.
I bring years of experience as both an athlete and a coach to develop programs that build the fundamental and advanced skills that facilitate life-long participation in sport.
Graduating from Deakin University with a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, with majors in Applied Sports Science and Sports Coaching, I utilise all skills to develop programs so athletes can maximise their learning and performance.
