The venue features visually appealing, well-maintained indoor sports courts and versatile multipurpose rooms suitable for a wide range of events. Architecturally, the building is characterized by a distinctive "cloud-like" roof form that gently settles on a podium emerging from the ground, symbolizing its dual function as a community centre above a car park.

The design creatively incorporates natural materials such as off-form concrete, timber floors, and exposed steel structures, reflecting a respectful dialogue with the neighboring Brutalist Dee Why Library and Civic Centre. The internal layout promotes connectivity with a central foyer formed by intersecting pedestrian paths, linking the sports hall, multipurpose rooms, and various functional pods including a Drop-In centre. This spatial arrangement fosters a seamless flow between internal and external areas, enhanced by a landscape designed to integrate native plants and climbing greenery that ground the building within its site.
