AusTriathlon Development coach, who wants athlete to enjoy and develop within the sport of triathlon.I offer squad sessions in conjunction with Armadale Triathlon Club, as well as providing individualised coaching programs through the training peaks platform.As a still competitive age group athlete who has participated in multiple world championships from sprint distance to 70.3 and an athlete who has raced from enticer distance to Ironman distance, since late 2016 and coach from 2018 I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. I am also a qualified personal trainer and hold a graduate certificate in Human Nutrition.
