Hi I am Britt. I live in Sydney. I am a mum of two teenage boys. I am also a Personal trainer, run and triathlon coach. I grew up in Norway and spent a lot of my childhood out in the nature cross country skiing and running orienteering. I started with triathlon and running later in life when I was 30. Since then I have completed 2 full Ironman where I qualified for Kona and came 3rd in the European Championships and 11th in 70.3 World Championships Taupo 2024.I have been working for the last few years as a personal trainer and coach with people with disabilities as well as older people with Alzheimer and senior fitness classes. Also working as a triathlon coach for BRAT club Bondi. Everyone is different and your path is unique. I am here to help you find it.
