I am a full time professional Performance Coach based in Sutherland (Sydney). I have been coaching since 2003 and have been a Performance Coach since 2006. Before becoming a coach I competed across all distances, starting in 1989. which gives me 36 years of experience in the sport. You can find me at High Performance Tri (HPT). I coach from intermmediate to professional level and was on the Australian Coaching Team for the 2022 Commonwealth Games.
