Holistic training involves an understanding of my athlete's background, abilities, life comittements, health factors, previous sports activities and ultimately their individual goals. I started triathlon later in life in my early 40' s and have since competed in 4 World Championships, 2 Ironman abd countless 70.3, Standard distance, Cross triathlon and everything in between!
