Jarrod is an keen triathlete (Kona in 2019) and Phys Ed teacher. He coaches a range of triathlon and multisport athletes and includes online coaching as well as private form and fitness sessions focusing on each discipline. Jarrod prides himself on tailoring his coachingto the whole person, considering their goals, needs and life circumstances. He is dedicated to his athletes and expects them to follow their program but also to question this and to seek out information and advice that will help them. Jarrod is affiliated with Warrnambool Triathlon Club.
