I am an Ironman Certified Coach and Triathlon Australia Certified Development Coach. I am an ultra distance triathlon competitor, 10 x Ironman, 20+ 70.3 finisher, multiple marathon and ultra marathon finisher. I have learned to balance work, life and family whilst training and competing in Ironman events. I know what it takes to fit the demands of triathlon training and racing into the limited time available to us as athletes, parents, work colleagues, and friends. I work in partnership with my athletes – success in triathlon needs frequent open and honest two-way communication and between athlete and coach. I perform analysis of athlete sessions and constantly modify training programs to suit the individual. There is no ‘one size fits all’ in my training programs.
