I’m an AusTriathlon Performance Coach with a University Degree in Human Movement Studies (Honours), and experience guiding athletes from their first triathlon all the way to the world stage. I’ve coached junior elite triathletes to national podiums and international competition, and written customised training programs for age groupers of varying performance levels and ages. As a multiple-time age group World Championship competitor and a World Championship medalist, I bring both lived experience and science-backed expertise to every program.
