I'm a Triathlon Australia accredited coach with a Sports Nutrition certification, passionate about structured training and fueling for peak performance. Since completing my first triathlon in 1997 (on a dare!), I’ve raced over 150 triathlons, including 9 Ironmans (PB: 10:54), 20 long-course events, and multiple world championship qualifications.
