I am a qualified Triathlon coach, Development Level 2. Having participated in triathlons from 2006 - 2014, including three World Championships as an Agre Group athlete, I have been focused on coaching with Inclusive Sports Training (IST) for the past decade.IST specialises in coaching athletes with learning difficulties and prepares them to participate in mainstream sporting competitions.I am also an enthusiastic swimmer and was President of Masters Swimming Victoria for 5-years, and am a qualified swimming coach.
