Playfield is a digital marketplace only. We do not provide coaching services, but promote the discovery of coaching service providers through our online platform. While we endeavour to the best of our abilities to ensure the best practices and outcomes for all, we are not responsible for the quality, conduct, or outcomes of services delivered by independent coaches. Parents/Users must exercise caution and make final decisions based on information provided independently.

3.Eligibility

Users must be 18+ or have parental consent. Coaches must hold all legally required certifications, insurance, and Working With Children Checks.

4.Account Registration

You must provide accurate information and maintain account confidentiality. Playfield may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

5.Coach Obligations

Coaches must:

– Provide accurate profile information

– Maintain valid insurance and certifications

– Comply with relevant laws, including child safety requirements

– Avoid misleading or deceptive conduct

6.User Obligations

Users must behave respectfully, acknowledge risks related to sport, and provide accurate information.

7.Listings & Content

Coaches grant Playfield a licence to display profile content. Playfield may update, moderate, or remove content.

8.Verification

Verification is based on documents provided by coaches. Playfield does not guarantee competence or safety.

9.Payments & Subscriptions

Coaches may subscribe to paid tiers. Billing is handled by third‑party processors. Refunds are provided only as required by law.

10.Featured Listings

Featured placements increase visibility but do not guarantee bookings or outcomes.

11.Communication & Conduct

Playfield is not responsible for communication or arrangements made off-platform.

12.Third-Party Providers

External partners (payment, verification, insurance) have their own terms.

13.Intellectual Property

All Playfield branding, software, and content remain our property.

14.Privacy

Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of our Privacy Policy.

15.Limitation of Liability

Playfield is not liable for injuries, misconduct, financial loss, or service quality. Liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.
