I am an experienced Strength and Conditioning coach, and Sports Educator and I am the National Education Manager at Volleyball Australia. I have previous professional experience working as an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at numerous AFL clubs including Geelong Football Club, St Kilda Football Club, as well as for an American Football College Team in South Carolina, USA.

During my various roles within the health and fitness industry, I have been able to work with a large range of other trainers, coaches, and leaders and build my own skills as a personal trainer and coach. I have also worked with professional athletes, semi-professional athletes and young adult athletes, allowing me to adapt my coaching style to each age and professional group. This has also transferred into my personal training role where I can adapt my skills and knowledge to work with a large range of clients on a one-on-one and group training basis.

I am always building my knowledge and educating myself on all things health and fitness, and have completed both my Master of Applied Sport Science and Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science from Deakin University.
