I have been competing in Triathlon since 2005 and coaching Triathlon for 5 years. With a degree in Sport and Exercise Science and working in the fitness industry since 2000, I have a wealth of experience in motivating and guiding individuals across multiple age groups, towards achieving their fitness and sporting goals. Most recently I have been involved in coaching beginner and junior triathletes, developing swim technique, bike handling skills, run fitness, race strategies and an overall understanding of triathlon as a sport.
