I'm a former professional triathlete, national-level swimmer, and registered nurse based in Canberra. I co-founded JT Multisport with my husband, James, and now work as an assistant and online coach, as well as run the JTM Swim program. With a strong focus on technique and skill acquisition, I also specialise in supporting athletes through pregnancy, postpartum, and chronic health conditions—drawing on my nursing background to coach with empathy and understanding. I'm AUSTSWIM accredited and have raced internationally, and I love helping swimmers and triathletes of all levels build confidence, refine their technique, and achieve their goals.
