I am a high-performance executive working at the intersection of elite sport, leadership, system design, and innovation.I currently serve as Executive General Manager – Performance at AusCycling, where I lead the strategic direction, planning, and delivery of Australia’s Olympic and Paralympic performance programs across all cycling disciplines. My remit spans National teams, Commonwealth, Olympic and Paralympic Games environments, with responsibility for long-term performance strategy, organisational capability, and sustained success through Paris 2024, Los Angeles 2028 and Brisbane 2032.My work is centred on building durable, athlete-centred performance systems; integrating talent pathways, coaching, data and insights, equipment strategy, governance, and people-first culture. I have led large-scale organisational change, overseen significant performance investment, and managed multidisciplinary teams distributed across Australia and Europe.I hold a PhD in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University and a Master of International Sports Management from Johan Cruyff Institute. Alongside executive leadership, I maintain strong engagement with applied research, innovation, and global high-performance networks.
