In 2025 I celebrate my 40th year racing triathlons and my 10th year as a coach. My wife and I run TriExcel Triathlon Coaching and Sports Nutrition. Our goal is to inspire, support and educate busy individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals through endurance sports. We provide a wholistic approach to triathlon training taking into account our athlete's lifestyles, work and family commitments.
