We are committed to empowering athletes of all levels to achievetheir goals and be there best self throughexpert coaching, personalised training plans,and a supportive, inclusive community.Being a Health and Physical Education teacher for over 20 years and a triathlete for over 10 years, it is my true belief that everyone can and should find a sport or activity that suits them.I am passionate about providing a fun, supportive and welcoming environment where people can find the starting point for their individual event or multisport journey.
