I am a performance coach, and coach educator, helping athletes and coaches to unlock their potential so they become the best version of themselves and achieve sustainable high performance success. I am Maris and this is my coaching purpose.

I make it my mission to get to know my athletes, coaches, and students as a person first, understanding their unique and individual needs, providing an enjoyable experience guiding them along their journey of self-discovery and better performance.

Driven by science, inspired by people, my evidenced based holistic approach to human performance coaching and coach education has been tested in some of the most challenging sport and higher education environments - Olympic Sport programs, National Sporting Organisations and Universities.

I am also currently completing a PhD in sport coaching, working with high performance coaches to unlock their potential and guide them along their journey to better performance.

When I’m not coaching & teaching, I’m exploring the world experiencing new adventures and cultures with my wonderful wife and amazing daughters!
