About

Matthew has over 20 years experience as a Performance Level Triathlon Coaching. I have developed athletes across a range of sports, from triathlon to rugby union. I have a Degree in Health Science, am PDHPE Teacher and a Level 1 Strength & Conditioning Coach. Matthew is passionate about triathlon and has competed and coached across all triathlon distances and many individual discipline events, as well as Endurance events such as multi day endurance running/cycling events and multisport events such as Hyrox. I founded TriAction with the goal of assisting others to achieve their personal goals.
