As Director & Founder of UnlimitU High Performance Coaching I'm passionate about enabling people, teams, and leaders to show up at their best in work and life, and be better for it.

We partner with businesses, elite sports clubs, the Australian Government, and secondary schools across Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific & Europe.

I'm a neuroscience qualified professional coach and speaker, with a psychology major from Melbourne University. I spent 20 years working in business in marketing and communications, leading teams and learning from some wonderful leaders and mentors while working for global businesses and iconic Australian brands, including Qantas Group, Jean Hailes for Women's Health, and Swisse Wellness.

More interesting side note... I love ocean swimming, and am lucky to be surrounded by my 3 young kids and husband.

At UnlimitU we firmly believe people & their organisations will thrive when working in great cultures, with great leadership, and when mental wellbeing is prioritised. We are strong advocates for working parents, advancing women in leadership, and building the mental fitness capacity of leaders and teams. We are also passionate about supporting the next generation of leaders - students and athletes to thrive in whatever their chosen pathways might be.

It's a privilege to be supporting the advancement of preventative mental health and wellbeing in our country, as an R U OK? ambassador and media spokesperson since 2011, and previous Board Chair for Nutrition Australia. I advise to St Kilda Football Club’s Charity the Danny Frawley Centre and support our next generation of athletes on and off the field, as an AFLW Player Mentor.

At UnlimitU, in partnership with a team of contractors and collaborators, we partner with organisations to deliver keynote and event speaking, group coaching training workshops and programs, 1:1 coaching, mentoring, facilitation and advisory.
