I have over 37 years of experience within the Sporting Sector, where I have achieved success as an International Gymnast, High Performance Coach, Educator, Leader, Capacity Developer and Coordinator. I have also run my own Sporting Business, Sports Therapeutic and Reflexology Practice and traveled worldwide delivering education and mentoring to individuals from both the underprivileged and privileged communities. I have gained extensive transferable skills and experience over this time that can be crossed over into most industries and sectors.

I am passionate about coach education in sport and believe that coaches can elevate, accelerate and resonate with sportspeople well beyond the sporting environment.

I value equality, humility, discipline but also enjoyment and fun.

I really like taking difficult concepts and simplifying them, with the use of games and story telling, to help people to grow and succeed.

My strengths are empathy, creative thinking and my ability to make people feel comfortable.

I've gained most of my knowledge from experiences that I've been exposed to around the world, but I'm constantly learning from others everyday.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family and up-cycling discarded furniture and decor.
