Meet Tim, Triathlon Australia Accredited coach, Age Group Triathlete and endurance sports enthusiast with over a decade of experience in the world of endurance sports. Tim has completed numerous triathlons, duathlons, and running events from Sprint to Ironman distance Tri’s and 5km to Full Marathon running events.Tim's passion for triathlon extends beyond his personal achievements, as he has recently embarked on a new journey as a coach by drawing from his own experiences and extensive knowledge of the sport. His coaching approach is rooted in experience, particularly the challenges of balancing a busy work, social and family life with training objectives.At Flow you’ll find Tim helping support athletes on a weekly basis and leading our Wednesday night Swim Squad.
