Throughout my career thus far I have taken opportunities that have built my skills and knowledge in all facets of Human Resources Management and Learning and Development.
With over 18 years’ experience in People roles, I have progressed through a variety of positions including OD management, Senior OD and L&D consultant roles, HR specialist, generalist and management positions and HR project management. I have accreditation and certificates in a varitey of tools and methodologies including, NLI - Brain based conversation skills, Advanced Facilitation, the Global Leadership Wellbeing Survey, Prosci Change Management, Human Synergistics LSI/GSI, Team Management Systems TMP and Linking Profiles and FiSH!.
